Member Services The members of National Finance Adjusters, Inc.
diligently subscribe to our Code of Ethics. Each member conducts
himself or herself on your behalf, representing you and your organization
in a professional manner. We continually participate in training
and educational Seminars and exercises which enable us to offer
"State of the Art"; services and promote the most efficient response
to your needs and requests. Our Association would appreciate your
understanding the following itemization includes, but is not limited
to, the variety of services you may expect from our members:
Fee Schedule
In conformity with a consent decree entered into with the United
States Department of Justice, National Finance Adjusters, Inc. has
discontinued publishing and disseminating fee schedules. All schedules
contained in prior editions are, in their entirety, null and void.
National Finance Adjusters, Inc. makes no suggestion whatsoever
concerning fees or prices for repossession services and does not
restrict or limit the right of any of its members to determine,
in accordance with his or her individual business judgment, the
fees to charge for repossession or other services. Upon requesting
services of one or more of our members, it is important you, as
Clients, have an agreement and understanding relative to the extent
of services you want performed. It is therefore recommended you
inquire of the member what you may expect to be charged for the
services you request in his particular locale. A written agreement
may be beneficial to both parties.
During your communication with any member, we suggest you inquire
of that respective member if he or she may help you with any of
these needs in finalizing your assignment.
